There are currently two vegetation projects registered under the NFMR methodology on the Kulki. One project is located entirely on Kulki whilst the other straddles both Kulki & North Kulki that were first registered in July 2014 and February 2017 respectively. The property has historically been stocked with sheep, goats, and cattle.

This project passed initial audit in 2025. The property has benefited from historically being owned and operated by local graziers predominately for the purpose of a cattle breeding operation.
