We are delighted to announce that Geoff Murrell will be joining us as our new General Manager of Property Operations (GMPO). Geoff brings with him extensive knowledge and practical experience across all areas of pastoral operations, built over decades in the industry.
Throughout his career, Geoff has led large-scale teams and overseen diverse property portfolios, giving him a deep understanding of both the operational and strategic aspects of pastoral management. His leadership style is grounded in strong operational expertise, combined with the ability to build high-performing teams and deliver long-term results.
Geoff has developed a reputation for driving efficiency, implementing innovative practices, leading natural capital improvements in carbon and biodiversity, and managing properties in a way that balances productivity with sustainability. His experience spans everything from on-ground management through to senior executive roles, which makes him uniquely positioned to guide our operations into the future.
